We bought our first Mastiff in 1996 and since that day we were so enthusatic that we own  7 Mastiffs today. We live with our dogs on a farm at the Niederrhein. We are members in the Old English Mastiff  Club Germany e.V. and our kennels name is “von Westerbroek”. We  love this good-natured giants and we hope to breed our first throw in the next time. Mr. van Oijen (Sanquis Nobilis) is next to us as a freind and a companion. He accompany us to  all  exponations and shares us his thirty years of experience. We look of course after the functionalaty and breedstandard of all our breeds.

Because of the reason that the Mastiff is a family dog who needs a lot of love, time and place we  look after this by all of our buyers.

The Mastiff

The Mastiff is hugh, massive, powerful and harmonic. He is a compination of good-nature,  majestic look and courage. The Mastiff is a breed with an old tradition in historical texts which were found by  the Romans, Celtics and Normans. His origin is to be a companion  in wars and at the hunting. In the 18th and 19th century he was placed in hugh castles by noble people.

Today you provite by the natural savety of this Mastiff traditions. The Mastiff is a dog with a  low provokating line which makes him an ideal family dog.
